When will I receive my certification card? Same Day! You will receive your official AHA BLS Provider eCard immediately after completing the class.

Can I take this course as a Renewal? Yes. Our class format covers both New Certifications and Renewals in the same session.

Do I have to get on the floor for CPR practice? No. We value your comfort. All skills practice is performed on tables to prevent knee and back strain.

• Cancellations and class changes must be made at least 2 days before the course date.

• No refunds for "no-shows."

Late Policy

• Arrive on time. Students more than 10 minutes late cannot join and will be considered no-shows. This policy is firm.
